This option is ideal for women who need time to process information. A different topic is covered each week. Our team of betrayal recovery specialists select each topic based upon the needs of the group, as each topic is essential toward healing. And although the topics are cyclical and do build upon one another, attending from the beginning is NOT imperative. As such, women may join at any time.

The atmosphere is casual and interactive. While each concept is introduced by a betrayal recovery specialist, participants will have time to share and ask questions. Bring your favorite journal, a beverage and/or snack and come ready to laugh, maybe cry, and--most importantly--learn.

Childcare is NOT available. Participants are encouraged to commit this time to themselves and their healing. This group operates independently from the Thursday morning group and may cover different topics at different times.
