Multiple topics are covered in one session and a workbook is included with helpful journaling exercises to be completed at each participant's pace. You may attend them in any order, but it is recommended to do so sequentially as each workshop builds upon the previous information.
Part I includes valuable information on sexual addiction specifically tailored for women directly from a recovering sex addict. Other topics include grief (why you're experiencing a roller coaster of emotions), lies versus truth (how to discern what is fact from fiction) and safe people (how to determine with whom you can speak about your situation). Part II includes valuable information and exercises geared toward learning more about anger (how to quell the burning rage), boundaries (how to protect yourself), God (why you aren't hearing from Him) and honest feelings (do you even know what you're feeling?). Part III includes valuable information and exercises geared toward learning more about fear (the number one issue preventing women from moving forward), detachment (what's healthy versus what discovery likely causes), self-esteem (ways to build yourself up after the blow from his addiction) and forgiveness (this does NOT mean forget).

The atmosphere is casual and interactive. While each concept is introduced by a betrayal recovery specialist, participants will have time to share and ask questions. Beverages and lunch are included with each workshop. All you need is your favorite journal and a willingness to laugh, maybe cry, and--most importantly--learn.
